it's a highly efficient filtration devices that minimally impede the flow of gases through the devvice !!!

The electric dust collector works mainly by the two sets of systems----corona discharge electrode and collecting plate----the way of static purification. When dust gas enters the concentric reducer, it will be redirected by the flow distribution plate, and then dust gas gets to the electricfield evenly. Due to the velocity reduced by the expanding transversal profile of the flow distribution plate encountered, some heavy granules will fall from the dust gas. In the electricfield, the dust gas will bring about corona discharge near the corona discharge electrode electrified with high-voltage direct current so as to be ionized. Contained by the ionized gas, large quantities of electrons and ions will make the dust granules charged in the electricfield and then the charged granules will be focused on the anticathode of the equipment ( also called the positive electrode because of the negative high-voltage system of the equipment ) and the cathode ( the negative electrode ) by the electric field force, setting free electrons on the respective electrodes. Then shaken off from the anode and cathode by the vibrator, the dust will be collected into the flue-dust retainer and discharged by ash exhauster, and at the same time valuable materials

are recycled and purified gas is given off into the atmosphere.
